Kelly-Rae Lawrence is a Jamaican/Canadian residing in the GTA. Kelly-Rae is a Pastry Chef by profession and she is the proud owner of Kelly's Kakes. In addition to her love of baking, Kelly enjoys connecting with people and participating in initiatives that facilitate the building of relationships. That interest inspired her to become one of the founding members of The Adapters Group - a team that hosts social and networking activities with the aim of creating a unified Caribbean community in the GTA.

In addition to her work, Dana has a passion for providing support and mentorship for at risk youth and for bringing awareness to issues of racism and discrimination.
Dana believes that black talent and black success should never be hidden, but should always be celebrated. She lives by the mantras, “Mediocrity is not an option” and “Success is less about not making mistakes and more about learning from those mistakes and moving ahead with the same or greater enthusiasm.”

Allison works closely with clients from various industries to develop and implement pointed communication strategies that meet client objectives. As a dedicated problem solver Allison enjoys engaging with people from different social backgrounds to implement creative yet practical solutions to customer and member-centric problems.
Her visionary nature and entrepreneurial spirit gives her a keen understanding on the importance of fostering growth within our black business community. In addition to her professional ambitions, Allison's passion for growth in the black community has fuelled her interest in being a part of Black Success GTA.

Jessica Evans is a Jamaican/Canadian living in the GTA and a Human Resources professional. She is the founder of “My HR Link, ” a human resource agency focusing on recruitment and selection, resume writing, mock interviews and career coaching. She desires to support persons in navigating the difficult process of job search and employee selection.
Jessica’s other interests lie in connecting people through events and entertainment. You can find her networking with the Caribbean Diaspora around the GTA as she is one of the founding members of The Adapters Group, a group aimed at connecting Caribbean people in the GTA through networking and social events.
Jessica is also the host of a YouTube channel “Jessie Katt.” She uses this platform to showcase the Jamaican culture and discuss topical and key issues that are affecting us here in the GTA.
